Our supply team in Battersea can provide information to our teams  on sourcing different or unusual products and any items required for special and one off events from ingredients to marquees and heavy equipment.  Our team can also help with

Our development chef and relief chefs are available to assist with holiday and sickness cover to provide continuity in our service provision, they also assist with training our chefs and developing our teams with new ideas and products to keep our offer fresh and exciting.
