Our management style is what sets us apart from our competitors.

We have the resources and financial stability of a larger organisation, as we share the back office resources of the Castleview Group of Companies ie accounting, HR department, payroll department, procurement, group Health & Safety Manager and management experience of the  Board of Directors.

At the front end of the business our clients have a close relationship with  Geoff and Richard who are the key decision makers and can provide the additional support, added benefits, drive, focus and an action plan to insure your catering contract continues to develop over the life of the contract.

We have an open door policy, we know all of our staff and encourage development with all of our people often the best ideas and solutions come from the people who are performing the tasks and we bring it to action.

We have a proactive response to business and come to all of our business reviews with solutions and ideas.
